Video Enhancer V.1.9.8 Full + Patch - utility that converts your video to any resolution with superb quality. This program removes or smooths the effect of the squares in the movie with low resolution. Does this by using their work is not necessary elements of the current frame as the other programs, but from previous frames. Especially useful for home video, where photos are taken in low light conditions and to correct improper operation of some models of consumer camcorders. Increase resolution of your video equipment with Video Super Resolution, in which each frame is increased by using information from neighbor frames to extract the details. All other methods resize use only information from the current frame. Now you can turn a plain definition (SD) to high-definition video (HD).
Use more than 220 filters VirtualDub video editing: to deinterlace, remove noise, do deblocking (remove "squares" - compression artifacts), color correction, stabilization, increase the sharpness and brightness, add visual effects, etc. On multiprocessor and multicore machines, Video Enhancer works much faster than VirtualDub, because all filters, decoders and codecs work simultaneously in different threads.
Open any video which is playing the system player, and recompress it with any codec (DirectShow, DMO and Video for Windows), installed in the system.
